Who am I?
More about me
I’m Abi Khan, a health & fitness coach and actor. I love inspiring people to overcome the obstacles they have in their lives.
"Abi's ebook takes years of research, coaching experience and practical dieting and training advice and compiles it into one easy to digest, relatable and hilarious read. The section on staying on track whilst traveling offers particularly helpful insights into the challenges faced and how to solve them whilst you're on the road. This ebook is a fantastic roadmap for how to achieve your body composition goals"
"Loving the ebook! The best investment I've made to finally getting my health on track... Your balanced perspective really drove home and inspired me to focus on the areas I struggle with immensly, my mindset and relationship with food and sleep. I am looking forward to actioning your techniques and checklists, totally starting with your Optimising your Sleep Checklist. Thank you"
"In a fitness world full of nonsensical BS and downright bad information, Abi has logically simplified a wide range of seemingly complex topics; from the microbiome to eating while travelling to creating an elite mindset, to the science of muscle building and more. Keep a notebook handy while reading this book, you will learn all you need to know to live an empowered and healthy life and you will be ready to tackle any adversity that life sends your way"
"Chapter 11 on Supplementation was phenomenal. It gave a real sense of clarity on a subject that is really misunderstood by majority of people. I loved that you not only broke down what's important/beneficial but also linking reputable companies that make quality products. This book is going to provide so much value to each person that reads it!"
"I read chapter 9.2 Nutrition, hierarchy of importance. After reading this chapter it really took me 'back to basics' for most this is something we've already got an understanding of but Abi has been able to recap this and break it down so it's a real easy read. For others it's a great starting point on your nutritional journey"
Why I think podcasts are a pretty good idea
